This was my first time seeing Sigur Rós live and it was the best concert I have ever been to. The outdoor venue was marvelous and made the light show and visuals even more amazing. I cried because it was so wonderfully overwhelming to hear some of their older songs that I didn’t think I’d ever be able to hear live. Seriously the greatest concert experience I’ve ever had.

I second the fact that this was the best live concert I had ever seen. So deeply moving, I wanted to weep but couldn’t due to the fact that I was too content at that very moment. Amazing performance. Amazing sound. Amazing visuals. Amazing night. Amazing experience. Thank you, Sigur Ros, for being truly Amazing. With much love.

I am a big fan of sigur ros since 1999 and it was the second time seeing the band live. The music felt lighter and flowed nicely. The song selection and the order of the songs was great! I enjoyed the show very much… But something was missing with the band. The playing was tight but not as tight for some strange reason… The absence of the keyboard player was felted by me. The former keyboard player added intensity and excitement to the mix and maybe the heaviness that is now gone. I am sure his absence will be filled with something surprising like the new songs I heard from the new CD.

The changing of the “Pop Song” by slowing it down in the beginning kinda sucks. I did not like it but it did not break the mood of the performance. Sigur Ros is still a great band but it is going through a transition minus the keyboard player.

A shoe-gazing, psychedelic, noisy, blissed-out, rockin’, guitar heavy, raw CD from Sigur Ros would be most satisfying to hear.

This was easily the best live show I’ve been to. Their energy transcends what might at first be perceived as a “language barrier.” The atmosphere of the crowd, the venue, the music, and each band member created a show that was truly more than the sum of its–already incredible–parts.

Our first time seeing Sigur Ros. Agree with the others; best concert we have ever been to. Met good people. Everyone around us was crying because of how beautiful and moving every song was. I cannot wait to see Sigur Ros again. Did not expect to be so spoiled with festival and hoppipolla!! along with many of my other favorites. And the whole note Jonsi held for over a minute was a treat. :) One of my favorite memories will be this concert.
