I will never forget this show. I was with my sister and best friend and we all agreed it was one of the best shows we’d ever seen. It was absolutely magical. In the climax of the last song played it started pouring rain as if on cue. It was breathtaking. Jonsi is other worldly and gives you something of himself that’s far more valuable than the cost of a ticket. It was a feeling unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

I think about this concert often. I’ve seen Sigur Ros 5 or 6 times but this is hands down my favorite concert. I was lucky to score a photo pass so got to be in the pit for the first song or two taking photos. After that, I rejoined my friends and enjoyed the show. It was one of those shows that felt like all my friends went to. It was THE CONCERT to go to in the Bay Area that night.

As mentioned by the other commenter, the highlight for sure was the last song, Popplagið, and how in the middle of the song it started pouring rain. It still gives me goose bumps! It was perfectly timed and the whole crowed cheered and danced. I wish I could experience it again.
